What LaunchPillow Is

LaunchPillow is a provenance infrastructure company. Every enrolled creator receives a machine-readable identity node — a W3C DID v1.1 document, a W3C VC 2.0 credential, and a Schema.org JSON-LD profile — published on the open web and queryable by every AI system that reads it.

The graph underneath that identity connects to 55,000 peer-reviewed research papers, 1,100+ information verticals, and every other enrolled creator node. Edges are typed and weighted. Provenance is cryptographic. Every state change is hashed, timestamped via RFC 3161, and recorded in an append-only Merkle ledger modeled on the architecture of Certificate Transparency.

The market this addresses: $323.48 billion in 2026, growing to $820.83 billion by 2030 at 26.5% CAGR.Research and Markets · 2026 The infrastructure question — who owns the provenance, the identity, the audience relationship — is unanswered at scale. LaunchPillow answers it.

§ 002 — Architecture

Four Systems. One Graph.

001
The Cryptographic Substrate
Every creator identity is signed with ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) — the post-quantum signature standard deployed at AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud as of May 2026.BBN Times · April 2026 The JSON-LD profile is canonicalized via URDNA2015 and hashed before signing — the same canonicalization standard underlying every W3C Verifiable Credential in production today.
002
The Knowledge Graph
Creator nodes, research nodes, information vertical pages, and brand entities — connected by typed, weighted edges. The ontology is stigmergic: it emerges from PMI co-occurrence scoring over the research corpus.RSDS Symposium · June 2025 No architect declares the structure. Every creator post and every minted research paper contributes evidence. The graph self-organizes around where evidence accumulates.ISEK · arXiv 2025
003
The AI Retrieval Surface
Schema.org JSON-LD on every minted page. Person, ScholarlyArticle, WebPage, Organization types. sameAs links consolidating identity across every platform profile. A 2025 study tracking 400 B2B pages found complete schema implementation produces 3.4× higher AI citation frequency.Instant Press · 2026 Pages with valid structured data appear in Google AI Overviews 2.3× more often.Semrush · 2025
004
The Provenance Chain
Every state change in a creator's record closes the prior validity window and opens a new one — a temporal knowledge graph architectureZep / Graphiti · 2026 with every event anchored via RFC 3161 and batched into a Bitcoin-anchored OpenTimestamps Merkle root. The chain is independently verifiable at any position. Platform deletion is irrelevant — the record precedes and survives any platform action.Indispensable Systems · 2026

§ 003 — The Science

Six Theorems. One Enrollment System.

The LaunchPillow enrollment algorithm is built on peer-reviewed mathematics. Each theorem is a load-bearing pillar of the system architecture.

63%
of optimal
Kempe-Kleinberg-Tardos — Influence Maximization
The greedy algorithm achieves 63% of theoretical maximum influence spread in polynomial time — outperforming high-degree targeting by 18% and centrality targeting by 40%. LaunchPillow selects enrollment candidates by maximum marginal influence gain on the vertical subgraph, not by follower count.
25%
threshold
Centola — The Tipping Point
A committed minority at 25% of any network reverses the dominant norm regardless of financial incentives against it. Each vertical cluster is a separate threshold game. Five creators in a twenty-creator vertical ecosystem triggers the cascade. The norm propagates to fixation.
R₀→∞
scale-free
Scale-Free Diffusion — SIR on Heterogeneous Networks
In scale-free networks, R₀ = τ × ⟨k²⟩/⟨k⟩. The ratio diverges as the network grows. Epidemic threshold approaches zero. Semantic coherence — measured by NPMI over the research corpus — is the transmission coefficient τ. The posting template maximizes τ within each creator's declared vertical.
hops deep
Christakis & Fowler — Three Degrees of Influence
Interpersonal influence propagates three network hops across phenomena as diverse as obesity, happiness, and smoking. A creator with 10,000 followers carries structural influence three hops deep — orders of magnitude beyond their follower count. The LaunchPillow graph maps and machine-annotates the full three-hop neighborhood of every enrolled node.
P(k)~k⁻ᵞ
power law
Barabási-Albert — Preferential Attachment
Scale-free networks grow by preferential attachment: new nodes connect disproportionately to already well-connected nodes. The rich get richer. Early, high-quality nodes compound authority over time. The LaunchPillow enrollment strategy targets creators positioned at the micro-to-mid-tier boundary — the nodes with the highest potential to become hubs before the cascade locks in.
5–8%
engagement
The Friendship Paradox — Structural Amplification
On average, your friends have more followers than you do — a mathematical fact provable on any graph with degree variance.PNAS · 2024 Nano-creators (1K–10K followers) achieve 5–8% engagement against 1–3% for mega-influencersFungies.io · May 2026 — their neighbor sets systematically over-represent the highest-reach nodes remaining in the unenrolled population.

§ 004 — The Moment

Why 2026.

The AI era has a provenance problem.

Over 60% of all search interactions now involve an AI-generated component.eSEOspace · 2026 AI-referred visitors convert at 23× higher rates than organic search.eSEOspace · 2026 The systems generating those answers pull from structured entities — typed knowledge nodes with machine-readable identity, provenance edges, and semantic topic declarations. Social media profiles are invisible to them.

Simultaneously, 45.5% of influencer marketing budgets now flow to micro and nano-creators,PR News · May 2026 brands earn an average of $5.78 for every dollar spent on influencer marketing,Forbes · April 2026 and 69% of consumers trust influencer recommendations over direct brand messaging.Forbes · April 2026 The value is proven. The infrastructure capturing it does not exist at scale.

ML-DSA (FIPS 204) reached general availability inside Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services on May 12, 2026.Encryption Consulting · May 2026 W3C VC 2.0 was ratified May 15, 2025.W3C · May 2025 C2PA 2.2 was finalized May 1, 2025.C2PA · May 2025 The standards are ratified. The cryptographic stack is production. The window to build the first provenance-first creator graph is open now — before the graph topology locks around incumbents without provenance infrastructure.

The creators who enter the graph in 2026 hold the earliest, densest nodes. Preferential attachment compounds their authority. Every creator who enrolls after them strengthens their position. The graph is the asset. The asset grows with every enrollment.
